Jonathan Bennett
Jonathan is FIEC's Designer, a role which involves designing FIEC's printed materials and online graphics. He lives in Birmingham with his wife Anna and daughter Jemima. -
Graham Beynon
Graham is FIEC's Head of Local Ministries, helping churches and their leaders by managing our team of Local Directors and leading our Pastors' Network. -
Jonathan Bond
Jonathan is FIEC's Director for Smaller Churches, drawing on 18 years of pastoral experience. He is married to Sarah with four children and four grandchildren. -
Sarah Bond
Sarah is a Ministry Support Officer at FIEC, giving admin support for the main office, smaller churches, and Local Directors. -
Laura Dampney
Laura is FIEC's National Events Manager, coordinating the practical aspects of the annual Leaders' Conference and other national FIEC events. -
Ray Evans
Ray is FIEC’s Church Leadership Consultant. He previously served in the leadership team of Grace Community Church Bedford for more than 40 years. -
Kathryn Garvie
Kathryn serves administration support to the wider FIEC staff team. She lives in Edinburgh and is a member of Charlotte Chapel. -
Justin Gill
Justin is FIEC's IT Manager and lives in Leicestershire with his wife Angela. -
Daniel Grimwade
Daniel is FIEC's Director for Yorkshire, helping and serving churches in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, and The Humber. -
Ian Halliwell
Ian is FIEC's Finance Manager - based in Farnham, Surrey - leading in financial management, risk, and budget development, whilst supporting the gospel ministry of our churches through wise stewardship of FIEC's money. -
Mark Howson
Mark is FIEC's Director for Suffolk, supporting FIEC churches and pastors across the county. He is also the Co-ordinator of Connect to Grow – a transatlantic church partnership initiative facilitated by FIEC and the Mississippi Baptist Convention. -
Andy Hunter
Andy is FIEC's Director for Scotland and North of England. Before joining FIEC, Andy worked for Greenview Church in Glasgow for nine years, prior to which he trained at Oak Hill College in London. -
Hannah Hutchinson
Hannah is FIEC's Chief Operating Officer, with sixteen years of experience in management within the NHS. She lives in Leicestershire and is a member of Christchurch Harborough. -
Gareth Lewis
Gareth is FIEC's Director for South Wales. He was previously senior minister at ChristChurch Harpenden for 30 years. -
Elinor Magowan
Elinor works as one of FIEC's Directors for Women’s Ministry. She previously worked as a solicitor, UCCF Staff Worker, and the Women’s Pastoral Worker at UFM Worldwide. -
Paul Mallard
Paul is FIEC's Director for the West Midlands and the chair of FIEC's Theology Team. He retired as pastor of Widcombe Baptist Church in Bath in 2022. -
Ben Midgley
Ben is the pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Mold, in North East Wales, and FIEC's Director for North Wales. -
Joel Murray
Joel serves as FIEC’s Communications and Media Officer. He lives in Leicester and is an elder at Avenue Community Church. -
Johnny Prime
Johnny is FIEC's Director for London, developing relationships with FIEC churches and church leaders in London, galvanising the work and ministry of the gospel in the city. Previously, he served for 21 years as pastor of Enfield Evangelical Free Church. -
Adrian Reynolds
Adrian is FIEC's Head of National Ministries. He previously served as Associate Minister of East London Tabernacle Baptist Church and is currently an elder at Christchurch Harborough. -
Siân Robinson
Siân is a ministry wife and has been involved in church planting in Liverpool for fifteen years. She also serves as FIEC's Church Planters' Wives Support. -
John Samuel
John is FIEC's Director for Hampshire and Dorset, having retired from ministry in 2023 with nearly 40 years of church ministry experience. -
Rachel Sloan
Rachel is one of FIEC's Director for Women's Ministry. She works for FIEC alongside working as Women's Ministry Coordinator for Charlotte Chapel, Edinburgh. -
John Stevens
John has been FIEC's National Director since 2010. He also serves on the Affinity Council and teaches on courses at Bible colleges across the country. -
Becky Thomas
Becky is the Operations Manager for Beeston Free Church and is currently seconded to FIEC to support churches with administration as our Church Governance Advisor. -
Becky Tompkins
Becky works for FIEC, providing ministry support to other staff, whether administratively or practically.
