George Hawkins
Director for the East Midlands
George is FIEC's Director for the East Midlands, supporting and encouraging church leaders across the region.
George was, until July 202,5 the senior pastor of Beeston Free Church in Nottingham. He first came to Beeston Free as student, before spending fifteen years working as an actuary in Southampton.
After training for ministry in the USA, he came back to Beeston in 2012, serving as assistant pastor and then senior pastor.
He continues to live in Nottingham. He is married to Ele and they have two adult children.
