Intercultural Ministry

We want to help churches with their ministry of welcome, evangelism and discipleship to people of all cultures.

Our Intercultural Ministry Team exists to help churches think cross-culturally and to give advice on welcoming people from diverse cultural backgrounds into the life of the church.

We want to encourage church leaders as they seek to serve people of all cultures by providing resources and offering support from Justin Gill, our Intercultural Ministry Advisor. In addition, we are seeking to weave this ministry through the other ministries of FIEC.

We hope that this will help churches strengthen their leadership teams and better reflect the increased diversity within their congregations

Reflecting Heaven: Building an Intercultural Church Where You Are

The Winter Gardens, Blackpool, Thursday 11 November, 2025

Reflecting Heaven extends the 2025 FIEC Leaders' Conference by a day to explore what intercultural church ministry looks like today, and how to get there.

Tim McMahon, Mission Trainer for Serving in Mission (SIM), will lead us through 24 hours of teaching, discussion, and sharing with one another.

This event is an additional cost to the main conference, extending the programme through to Thursday lunchtime: £50 includes three sessions, an evening meal, and a light lunch.

Places are limited and will be given on a first-come first-served basis (a reserve list is available).

To book for Reflecting Heaven, you must book your place at the FIEC Leaders' Conference (booking details will follow via email).
