Increasingly our churches are wonderfully diverse, often representing the diversity of the communities where they are located. But as leaders, we struggle to embrace this diversity and ‘read the room’.

Girma Bishaw, a co-director for The London Project, guides us in exploring biblical principles that can help us provide sensitive and appropriate care and protection for the flock, while also creating a conducive environment for the diverse cultures in which people interact and grow in their discipleship.

The seminar was hosted by FIEC Church Leadership Consultant Ray Evans and the Q&A was moderated by FIEC Intercultural Church Advisor Justin Gill.

This seminar is from the 2024 FIEC Leaders' Conference held in Blackpool from 4-6 November 2024.
