Mim Pedley
HR Advisor
Mim has more than 12 years of experience working for a Christian Aid and Development charity in several diverse roles, latterly as HR Business Partner. She completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a post-grad diploma in Human Resource Management.
After a career break, Mim joined FIEC part-time and currently provides the central staff team with HR support and advice.
Mim lives locally to the office with her husband and son, attending a local FIEC church.
