Becky Thomas
Church Governance Advisor
Becky grew up in Coventry before moving to Nottingham to complete a paediatric nursing degree. She is married to James and they have three children, one of whom is married. They have been members at Beeston Free Church for over 20 years.
When Becky's youngest daughter started school, she offered to volunteer a few hours a week in the church office, a role which grew into a job!
Once described as an organisational freak (by a pastor's wife!), Becky now works as the Operations Manager for Beeston Free and is responsible for governance and operations in the church.
In 2023, Becky was seconded to FIEC for some of her working week to engage with affiliated churches directly in the area of administration and procedures as Church Governance Advisor.
