Adrian Reynolds

Adrian is one of FIEC's Associate National Directors. He previously served as Associate Minister of East London Tabernacle Baptist Church and is currently an elder at Christchurch Harborough.

Ray Evans

Ray is FIEC’s Church Leadership Consultant. He previously served in the leadership team of Grace Community Church Bedford for more than 40 years.

Michael Teutsch

Michael is FIEC's Director for Central England, supporting church leaders in the area and helping churches work together. He has been in church ministry since 1986, serving as pastor at Flitwick Baptist Church and associate pastor at Highfields Church, Cardiff.

Tom Fenning

Tom serves as pastor of Beccles Baptist Church in Suffolk, the county where he grew up. He is married to Emily and is a dad to three boys.
