Leadership and Legacy

Every church leader is both a legacy receiver and a legacy giver. The challenge is to make sure that the legacy we pass on is a beneficial one.

Leadership and Legacy was the theme of the 2020 Local Leaders’ Conferences. A consequence of the COVID-19 lockdown was that most had to be cancelled; they were replaced with six shortened online versions.

As a result, we are making the videos of the sessions available online.

Discussion questions that go alongside Ray and John’s talks are available for use by the elders of local churches.
