Creating Capacity for Change
Caroline Eade helps us to think through some of the governance challenges that arise when churches go through change.
What kinds of legal and organisational structures will make it easier to support growth or change in your church? In what ways might you need to adapt those structures to enable a church plant, or to manage an expanding staff and volunteer team?
Recorded at our 2017 Leaders’ Conference.
