Gareth Mitchell

Gareth serves as the associate pastor of Christ Church Dunstable. He is Dunstable born and bred, and considers it a great privilege to minister in the town.

Having completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Sheffield, Gareth returned to Bedfordshire, working for a number of years as a primary school teacher in Luton and Dunstable.

Gareth has been on the pastoral team at Christ Church since 2013. As part of his initial two years in ministry, he had the opportunity to study on the Cornhill Bible Training Course in London.

Gareth is an avid supporter of Luton Town Football Club and also enjoys walking, especially if it incorporates a coffee shop! He is married to Esther, who teaches Geography at a local secondary school.
