Dr Eddie Arthur has worked with Wycliffe Bible Translators since the mid 1980s. During that time he has worked as a translator in Ivory Coast and in a variety of leadership and training roles in the UK and Africa. His current role involves research, writing and advising churches and mission agencies about trends in the world church and mission.
Eddie is married to Sue who is a translation consultant working in Francophone Africa, has two grown up children and his every move is watched over by a Labradoodle. Eddie and Sue are sent mission partners from Above Bar Church and associate members at South Craven Evangelical Church in N. Yorks.
Eddie blogs on mission issues at kouya.net. When not otherwise occupied he runs very silly distances in lumpy places.
