Widcombe Baptist Church is a thriving FIEC church in the heart of the beautiful city of Bath, currently in a season of exciting growth.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our staff team, and provide strategic oversight and leadership of our youth ministries, in particular around the following four areas:-
- Discipleship: equipping young people to live and speak for Jesus.
- Evangelism: engaging young people with the gospel.
- Training: investing in and developing the youth leadership team across the church.
- Partnership: supporting parents with discipleship in the home.
