Women's Worker
Duke Street Church
Duke Street Church is seeking a Women's Worker to help inspire and equip women to grow as disciples of Jesus and to reach others. The role involves supporting the pastoral care and discipleship of women in the church, developing Bible-centred ministry, and coordinating the various groups and volunteers involved in women's ministry. The postholder will also help foster a culture of whole-life, cross-generational discipleship and support outreach among women.
Required Skills
We are looking for a spiritually mature Christian woman with a passion for discipling others, strong relational and pastoral skills, and experience of working with women in a church context. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and equip others, work well within a team, communicate clearly, and contribute to the development of a healthy and growing women's ministry.
