Important Requirements

Applications can only be considered from those who are UK citizens or who otherwise have a right to work in the UK.

You will need to be able to declare wholehearted acceptance of the FIEC doctrinal basis and agreement with the FIEC ethos statements.

Our employment law work has the potential for substantial growth in demand for our services, but is also an area where our clients face substantial and novel challenges - outside the competence and experience of most lawyers.

As Partner/ Senior Associate, you will support the Head of Employment in growing our team and delivering excellent service to a growing and richly diverse client base. You will also manage your own varied and deeply rewarding caseload, directly advancing the gospel through your Christ-centred legal expertise.

By God's grace we have already seen amazing growth in our service and reach, and we look ahead with humble excitement about where God will lead us. Come and be a part of it!

This is a full-time and permanent position, based either from home, in our Market Harborough office or Nottingham Hub.

Required Skills

There is an occupational requirement that the job holder must be a Christian in full agreement with our Basis of Faith.
