Children's, Youth and Families' Worker

Duke Street Church is seeking a Children's, Youth and Families Worker to oversee and develop ministry among children and young people, with a desire to see them come to faith and grow as disciples of Jesus. The role includes leading youth ministry, supporting children's ministry teams, and helping integrate young people into the life of the church. The postholder will also work with and support families, recognising the key role of parents in spiritual formation, and help develop outreach to children, young people and the local community.

Required Skills

We are looking for a spiritually mature Christian with a passion for working with children and young people, and experience in teaching the Bible and discipling others. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and equip volunteers, build strong relationships with young people and families, work well within a team, and contribute to the development of a growing and healthy ministry.
