Important Requirements

Applications can only be considered from those who are UK citizens or who otherwise have a right to work in the UK.

You will need to be able to declare wholehearted acceptance of the FIEC doctrinal basis and agreement with the FIEC ethos statements.

We are an FIEC church of around 190 people, 3 miles south of Guildford in Surrey. We are seeking a full-time Assistant Pastor, to work alongside our leadership team and to head up our Youth Work, complimenting our Children's worker.

Required Skills

Who are you? A humble, prayerful man who has a passion to know Jesus and to make him known. You are an able Bible teacher who believes in the power of God's Word, through his Spirit, to change lives and build the church. You love God's people and have a servant heart. You have a passion for, and experience of, discipling young people (this role will involve oversight of our youth work, 11-18yrs). You take the gospel, but not yourself, seriously.

This strategic role will help us increase our disciple-making capacity in our growing church family. If you share our vision to encourage spiritual growth and to reach out effectively with the gospel, we'd love to hear from you.
