Sexual Harassment
In October 2024, legislation was introduced which placed a duty on all employers to take reasonable steps to protect their employees from sexual harassment. To help churches to meet their responsibilities in this area the model sexual harassment policy seeks to set out what sexual harassment is, that it will not be tolerated in the church and how the church will respond to complaints of sexual harassment.
