Attendance, Migration & Community

In the autumn of 2017, FIEC held a small consultation with leaders from churches in rural, city and town locations. Three big topics were highlighted in the discussions: the change in church attendance patterns, greater congregation migration, and the changing nature of community.

Alongside Ray's article reflecting on these, he also gathered four other pastors to discuss how the issues are affecting their churches.
