Tim Wilson

Tim has served as pastor at Wheelock Heath Baptist Church in Sandbach, a rural part of Cheshire, since 2015. He grew up in a Christian family but was saved at seventeen preparing for a Bible study on John 1. He started preaching a year later and hasn’t stopped since.

After three years of studying Primary Education at Durham University, he went on to teach for five years. During that time, he married Natalie. They spent their early as members of Hardwick Baptist Church in Stockton-on-Tees. Tim trained at Union School of Theology and was a part of Highfields Church and their plant in Pontprennau.

Most of his spare time is spent chasing around after three small children. They like to go for walks around Cheshire. When he gets time to himself, Tim enjoys a good book, a TV show with his wife or expressing his exasperation at Manchester United.
