Thomas Welch
Thomas has been an Associate Solicitor in the Property Team at Edward Connor Solicitors since joining in 2022, supporting churches and Christian organisations in a variety of property matters.
His clients have included a significant number of regional and national charities, alongside private corporations and public bodies, and he enjoys utilising and building on his expertise advising charities on real estate matters at Edward Connor Solicitors.
Before joining ECS, he trained and then worked in the commercial property team at national firm Womble Bond Dickinson.
Thomas lives in Sunderland where he is a member and trustee of an FIEC-affiliated local church.
