Pete Petra

Pete was born in Rugby, Warwickshire, but grew up largely overseas in Namibia and Belgium. He came back to the UK for university at Loughborough, where he joined Christ Church Loughborough and also met his wife Anna.

In 2017, Pete and Anna, along with their three kids, were sent out from Christ Church as part of a small team led by Pete to plant a church in a deprived area of Leicester. By God’s grace, North Church Leicester began meeting weekly in early 2018 and was formally constituted in early 2020.

Pete can often be found down his local rugby club, reading Spurgeon or the Puritans, or watching Marvel films.
