Women's Ministry Lead
Knighton Free Church
Knighton Free Church is a thriving evangelical church in the south of Leicester with around 200 members and a congregation of over 400, including children. We are united by our desire to make Jesus known and see His people grow in maturity and faith.
We're looking for a Women's Ministry Lead; someone who loves Jesus, loves His Word, and loves helping women grow in their relationship with Him. This is a key leadership role - you'll be shaping, encouraging and equipping women's ministry across the church. The role will include:
- Leading and developing women's ministry at KFC.
- Teaching the Bible in groups and one-to-one.
- Discipling, mentoring and praying with women.
- Encouraging others to use their gifts in ministry.
- Working with the pastoral team to provide care and support.
- Being part of a warm, prayerful and supportive staff team.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a deep, personal relationship with Jesus.
- Loves God's Word and applies it wisely to everyday life.
- Has experience in women's ministry and a heart to see others grow.
- Is a natural encourager and team player.
- Communicates clearly and warmly.
- Will play an active role in the life of the church.
We anticipate this will be a full-time role but would consider part time for the right candidate. The salary for the role is £30,000.
