Church Size: Approx. 20 committed members
Affiliation: Fellowship of Evangelical Churches (FIEC)

Are you a Christ-centred, servant-hearted leader called to nurture a small congregation in word and pastoral care?

We're seeking a part-time Pastor (2-3 days per week) to shepherd our fellowship in the heart of Dorset helping us grow in grace, truth, and mission. Though small in number, our church family is rich in faith and eager for biblical teaching, discipleship, and outreach within the community.

Main Responsibilities
• Preaching Christ faithfully and relevantly on a regular basis
• Providing pastoral care, encouragement and spiritual support to members and visitors
• Prayerfully strengthening congregational life through discipleship and outreach
• Working collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and church members

About You
• A mature, evangelical believer in good standing with the FIEC or equivalent church network
• Experienced in preaching and pastoral ministry
• Able to connect pastorally across generations
• Committed to Scripture, prayer, and building up the local church as the body of Christ
