We are looking for either a church worker or an assistant pastor ready for an opportunity to grow in full-time gospel ministry in a community setting.
Required Skills
This is for a man or woman who is:
✓ ambitious for gospel work in a town community
✓ confident in sharing Jesus in formal and informal settings
✓ relational and able to walk with people exploring Christian faith
✓ gifted in equipping and encouraging others in outreach
✓ able to think strategically
✓ a flexible team player, working well with our elders and members
✓ keen to develop ministry among parents and families
The appointee will be a mature and godly Christian eligible for membership who:
✓ has some experience of community-based ministry
✓ has theological training (but we could consider a training post)
✓ is open to working cross-culturally
