Engaging with God
A three-part webinar course reflecting on the theology and practice of corporate worship today.
We gather every week as God’s people to…
How would you finish that sentence?
We gather to worship, to praise, to pray, to sing, to listen, to meet each other, and more. It’s hard to sum up all that happens in corporate worship. And there are competing views as to what it should look like, what shape our meetings should have, and what components ought to be present.
In this webinar series, led by Graham Beynon, we will reflect on the theology and practice of corporate worship today, outlining areas of contention and giving practical guidance for leading our churches.
When are the sessions?
There are three webinars over three weeks on Thursday mornings.
You must sign up for all three (if you miss one, a catch-up video will be available):
- Thursday 18 June, 11:00-12:30
- Thursday 25 June, 11:00-12:30
- Thursday 2 July, 11:00-12:30
Who is it for?
Our In:Progress webinars are for all kinds of church leaders in FIEC: pastors, elders, women's workers, anyone for whom this topic will suit.
Please note: you can only book for this webinar if you are from an FIEC church or a member of the Pastors' Network.
