Bethany Evangelical Church is located at Swinton in the Dearne Valley, South Yorkshire.
Swinton is in-between the nearby towns of Mexborough & Wath, an area which suffered demographically and economically with the closure of the mines. This also affected the church which sadly declined over the years.
However, there is now a fresh vision, new leadership and we're trusting the LORD to help revive, build us up and enable us to reach out into the community. If you are in area or moving here, and looking to serve in a small but warm & Bible believing church, then we'd love to meet you!
