Abbey Baptist Church

Abbey Baptist Church is a community of believers based in the historic town of Abingdon on the River Thames in Oxfordshire.

We want to know God better, enjoying and delighting in close relationship with him — we long to be more fully alive in the the love, goodness and truth of Jesus. Abbey is a church family where we help each other to grow in Christ-likeness, to walk in the Spirit, and to share in God’s mission to bless the world around us. We are led by an eldership team which includes our full-time Minister, Clive Bowsher.

We meet on Sunday mornings at 10:30am and Sunday evenings at 6pm to worship. Connect groups meet in homes midweek. There are various term-time clubs for children and teenagers.
