Beeston Free Church is large FIEC church based in south-west Nottingham. Further details about the church can be found on the church website. We are seeking to appoint a full-time Operations Manager to join our staff team, as the existing postholder moves on.
The Operations manager:
-has overall responsibility for the operational aspects of the church, including governance and compliance, human resources and facilities.
-works closely with the trustees in shaping the strategies and structures necessary for the effective operation of the church.
