Three Bridges Free Church is a diverse, multi-cultural church based in Crawley, West Sussex. We are affiliated to the FIEC and part of the Sussex Gospel Partnership.
We are looking for an Associate Pastor to work alongside our current Pastor and strengthen our leadership. This is a full-time, permanent role and ideally we are looking for someone who already has some experience in pastoral ministry.
The successful applicant will share in the preaching ministry and pastoral oversight and will, depending on gifts and experience, take responsibility for specific ministries in the church. You must have a right to work in the UK and have a driving license. Accommodation will be provided with this position.
