Required Skills
Your responsibility would be to work and worship alongside other leaders and members, using your gifts in helping us to live out our vision and to meet these goals.
However, we have recognised that someone who can preach will free others to exercise their gifts, so we are looking for a man who:
* can join the preaching team and preach regularly; and is able and willing to take on another significant area of church life or ministry. There is room for growth in ministries other than youth, children and families or outreach, which might present opportunities for candidates who have different or additional gifts.

• A prayerful, godly Christian who is in full agreement with Bethel's Statement of Faith.
• Someone enthusiastic about our vision as a church and about living out their faith with us.
• Someone who fits well with Bethel's culture and whose gifts and abilities complement ours.
• Someone who can take a flexible and creative approach to sharing the gospel and teaching the Bible (formally and informally), recognising the importance of local context and culture.
• A leader who can inspire a team of volunteers, plan ahead, and work as part of a team.
Formal theological training is highly desirable but not necessary.
