We are looking for an Assistant Pastor to join our growing church, located 15 miles south of Oxford. You will support a wide range of ministries, and help us support the spiritual health and direction of the church.
The successful appointee will gain further ministry experience within our church family, whilst taking on oversight of an area of church life (for example Life Groups, outreach, schools engagement, The King’s Centre connection point). If gifted, you will preach approximately once a month and support additional teaching opportunities such as Christianity Explored and practical teaching seminars run throughout the year.
You will support the pastoral care of church members, in a variety of contexts (including small groups and 1:1). We would also expect to see the development of new ministries, in accord with your particular gifting and passion.
