Connecting Diverse Churches
A day for FIEC churches to explore partnerships with churches in deprived areas through Medhurst Ministries.
FIEC exists to help Independent churches work together, especially across different parts of the country. Each FIEC church serves in a different context but shares the same core beliefs, so there are lots of opportunities when it comes to partnership between churches.
FIEC is working with Medhurst Ministries to help promote such partnerships between churches in different social contexts. Medhurst was set up to serve churches on council estates and we would love to see FIEC churches in more affluent communities partnering with them.
Partnerships like these are one way we can be involved in a national mission, supporting the work and ministry of churches looking to make Christ known across the country.
Would your church be interested in partnering with a church on a council estate for mutual support and encouragement?
Connecting Diverse Churches is a partnership day at the FIEC office in Leicestershire to help build these links.
