Ministry Networks

Christ-like leaders are crucial for nurturing biblical churches. That's why we seek to connect and support gospel workers.

The Pastors' Network

There are now more than 600 men who are members of our Pastors’ Network. The Network exists to care for Pastors, accredit their ministry and connect them with other serving leaders.

Healthy churches are led by healthy leaders and that’s what the Pastors’ Network encourages in our Fellowship. One of the ways we do this is by gathering leaders at more than 30 local conferences that take place every year. These conferences are designed to connect leaders in a particular region for local support and encouragement.

To become a member of our Pastors’ Network, you will need to fill in an application form and submit references from other church leaders. In some cases, you will be formally interviewed before being recommended for acceptance to the Network at a meeting of our National Recognition Team which meets four times every year.

If you would like to apply to be a member of the Pastors’ Network, please contact us.

Women in Ministry

One of the things we are passionate about is encouraging the Biblical ministry of women in our churches. Although FIEC is complementarian, we are delighted that churches are increasingly investing in women’s ministry.

We have two Women’s Ministry Co-ordinators who can advise churches on setting women apart for teaching ministry among women, and we hold an annual conference called Thrive for those who are serving in this capacity in FIEC churches.

Our desire is to connect women workers for mutual support and encouragement. If you would like to find out more about women’s ministry for your church or you are a women’s ministry worker in an FIEC church who would like to connect with others serving in this way, please get in touch.

Our For Women email newsletter is written for both women in ministry and ministry wives. It contains news, features and book reviews. Subscribe here.

Ministry Wives

The care of ministry wives is an important area of our work. One of our women’s ministry co-ordinators is in charge of this dedicated ministry to support those who are married to full-time gospel workers.

Every year we hold the Ministry Wives Retreat to foster relationships between ministry wives and we also organise other gatherings to encourage and support wives.

This is a developing area of our ministry and we are keen to hear from ministry wives who would benefit from mutual support from their peers, so do get in touch if that's you.
