Are you the person we are looking for to fill a key role due to an upcoming retirement? Do you have a heart for serving local Independent churches in their mission to go and make disciples for Jesus Christ?
Passionate and pro-active about planning and scheduling you will be able to anticipate the infrastructure requirements of a growing and dynamic organisation.
With staff increasingly diversified in their geographical locations and roles, you will be key to coordinating and facilitating the day to day office and operational needs of the FIEC as well as liaising with the team of FIEC Directors. You will often be the first port of call for enquiries from churches and church leaders.
Managing a centrally-based office team you will coach and develop the staff to ensure they are enabled to fulfil their roles in the areas of administrative support, finance and events.
This is a full-time post located in our offices in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, with a salary of £28 - £32k and a pension contribution.
