How to Complete Your 2020/21 Annual Renewal

FIEC's IT Manager Justin Gill explains how to complete your FIEC Annual Renewal using DocuSign.

The FIEC Annual Renewals have been sent out to all affiliated churches to complete for the year 2020/21.

For the first time, this year we are using DocuSign to conduct the annual renewals online. We hope this will make it easier for churches to complete the renewals, as well as being friendlier to the environment by avoiding printing and postage.

To help you complete the forms using DocuSign, we have put together some video instructions.

First signatory

The first signatory will complete the majority of the form and have the responsibility to submit contact details for the second signatory.

They will receive an email with written instructions and a link to complete the forms.

Second signatory

The second signatory will need to check over the details, make any amendments necessary, and finally sign off the forms.

Reassigning forms

The annual renewal forms must be signed by two church office holders. If you have received the forms but are not a church office holder, you can reassign the forms by sending them to another email recipient, or by printing them to be posted.
