We are looking for a Youth & Children’s Worker to lead and expand our current ministry among all under 18s.

The successful candidate will be involved in creating exciting and effective youth ministry within the church, strategies to help the youth and families beyond the church community discover who God is and why they need Him, and working with local schools to improve our schools’ links and schools’ work in order to reach whole new generations of kids and tell them about God.

They will be motivated and capable, with both theological ability and people skills. They will be innovative and willing to try new things, they will be able to lead teams of volunteers and help drive the teams and the ministries forwards, they will be able to reach out to people across cultural divides and able to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.

We are offering a salary of up to £23k p/a, dependent upon experience and training. There is an occupational requirement for the role holder to be a Christian. This post is also subject to and dependent upon an enhanced DBS check.
