The church seeks to appoint someone to become the Senior Pastor following the retirement of the current Pastor. This will include church eldership and also being a Trustee of the church. This is a significant role as the Pastor is responsible for shaping a vision for growth for the church, and leading the church in all of its various mission and ministry. It will include oversight and leadership of all aspects of church life. Full applicant information available on request

Required Skills

The church seeks a man of evident spiritual maturity and godliness, with the necessary gifts and experience to lead a congregation with a desire to grow in love for God, love for one another, and in making disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, clear vision, and the ability to lead the church through a process of change and growth, equipping and training the whole body of Christ (full Person Specification available).
