A new position is being created for a full-time Operations Manager to have responsibility for all the support ministries of the church. The successful applicant will work closely with the pastoral team, have responsibility for the Church Office, property, legislative compliance, HR functions, managing support staff and volunteers, and more.
This will be a key role within the church leadership team, with the opportunity to manage a wide range of activities and to shape the support structures of the church for the future. The successful candidate will be aligned to Carey’s doctrinal beliefs and practice, and be self-motivated, clear thinking, organised and have proven experience in managing people and operations.
