Kinmel Bay Church (North Wales coast; English-speaking congregation) is looking for a pastor to take overall leadership of the church and its ministry including overseeing a small staff team. We are an independent evangelical church (affiliated to FIEC) with a morning congregation of 100+. Being the only church in our small town we have unique opportunities to input into community life. Our relatively new building is always busy with youth and adult ministries, prayer activities, café, food bank, etc. We aim to be Bible-Centred; Jesus-Focussed; Kingdom-Minded and in our services always seek to keep practical exposition of the word of God central whilst maintaining a blend of the contemporary and traditional in our style of worship. 1. Is in full agreement with the FIEC Doctrinal Basis of Faith
2. Demonstrates an ongoing healthy relationship with Jesus as Lord and a maturing Christian lifestyle
3. Has a strong sense of God’s calling to pastoral ministry in the local church
4. A passion for people
5. Servant-hearted
6. Able to cope with a reasonable amount of pressure but also able to delegate effectively
