Crossway Church is a friendly gospel centred FIEC church established in 1937 and revitalised in 2010. We are located in Northfield in South West Birmingham about 6 miles from the City Centre. We are a diverse family of those who have encountered God’s saving grace in Jesus and are having our lives changed by Him, and are on a mission to share the good news of Jesus with all.  We are prayerfully seeking a full time Pastor to lead the church alongside the elders as we continue to grow and move into a new phase of church life, and continue to seek gospel fruit in our community.

Required Skills

Required skills and experience

  • A competent preacher and teacher thoroughly grounded in God’s Word
  • Proven ministry leadership ability and experience
  • A heart for a diverse gospel community
  • Understanding of ministry on a housing estate
  • Experience of ministry amongst diverse congregation
  • A vision to equip, train and disciple new leaders.
  • Mission minded and passionate about reaching the local community with the gospel
  • Pastoral experience with complex situations and needs
