You will need to be able to declare wholehearted acceptance of the FIEC doctrinal basis and agreement with the FIEC ethos statements.

Join us at Hope Community Church to share the love of Jesus with local people in the communities on the east side of Cambridge and to disciple and care for the church family here. 

You will be helping lead a vibrant, family, FIEC church with around 40 members, including many young families. 

As full time Pastor you will work alongside our other Elders to develop and grow our gospel ministry in this area.

Required Skills

You should have:

• Some proven ministry leadership ability.

• A gift for communicating God's word to all ages and backgrounds.

• A heart to serve the diverse local community.

• A vision to equip, train and disciple new leaders.
