Redeemer Church is a young church meeting in Beeston, Nottingham. Established in 2017, we are now seeking to appoint an Operations Manager to provide a high level of administrative management for the routine and growing ministries of our church. We are seeking proactive and pastorally-minded individual for this varied role. Relevant experience is preferred. As a key member of the staff team, you will work alongside the Minister, Elders, Minister-in-Training and members of the church with specific leadership responsibility to ensure the smooth running of regular church ministries and to support the development of new ministries. The role also has responsibilities relating to charity governance and assisting with the management of our current project to renovate the former Town Hall in Beeston into a permanent home for the ministries of the church, outreach and services to the local community.

The main areas of responsibility are:

  • Preparation for church services and events
  • Church building management
  • General administrative duties and communications
  • Charity governance
  • Database management
  • Health and Safety
