The role of  Manager of Café 139 is central to the outreach of Cornerstone Church. The post requires someone with a vision for how coffee shop culture can be built on, to develop good relations in the community, and to share the great news of the gospel.

It is a varied and challenging ministry role, with scope for growth and development. The manager leads a large team of  volunteers and a small number of paid staff in delivering quality snacks and drinks to a wide range of  mainly regular customers. 

Required Skills

The applicant will have excellent organizational skills, a love of good food and great coffee, and a real ability to support  staff and get alongside people. They will be passionate about sharing the gospel and leading and inspiring the team toward that goal. The successful candidate  will also be expected to join Cornerstone Church Brighouse, an Evangelical Church in fellowship with FIEC.
