Queens Road Church has been sharing the Gospel in Llandudno and surrounding area for many years. We are a small family Church who desire to Love God, Love Each other and Love the Lost. 

We are currently looking for a man to work alongside the current pastor and the eldership and trustees initially for 1-2 years to help establish the church as it seeks to meet the needs of the congregation and reach the local community with the gospel.

The exact responsibilities will vary according to the individual we appoint and the changing requirements of the church, this will be clarified through a consultation process at interview to make sure expectations are clear. 

The candidate must have a love of people and a desire to see them mature in the faith as well as a real heart for the last. They must be a clear communicator, organised and servant hearted.

Required Skills

  • A mature believer as evidenced by the characteristics required 4 elderships as found in one Timothy chapter 3 and Titus one.
  • agreement with our doctrinal basis of faith and distinctives.
  • A heart for discipleship and mission
  • A team player who can work closely with others
  • An experienced elder
  • Administrative strengths and experiences is essential.
  • Teaching gifts and a willingness to preach and teach.
  • Formal theological training is desirable.
