Ministry Wives Retreat 2020 *CANCELLED*

Our Ministry Wives Retreat offers pastoral refreshment along with physical and spiritual rest for women married to men serving in FIEC churches and the wives of members of our Pastors' Network.

Event Details

Due to government advice on avoiding gatherings during the coronavirus pandemic, the Ministry Wives Retreat has been cancelled. Please come back for the retreat in 2021!

Speaker

We are delighted that Kath Paterson will be our main speaker in 2020. Kath has served faithfully as a ministry wife alongside her husband Andy, first in Bristol at Kensington Baptist Church for 24 years and then more recently at Charlotte Chapel in Edinburgh.

Kath is committed to supporting pastors’ wives so they thrive in life and ministry and knows from the inside out what are the challenges and joys of serving the Lord in the church and in the community. We can look forward to faithful biblical exposition that will be applied to ministry wives.

Venue

The retreat will be held at Holland House between Pershore and Evesham in Worcestershire; an interesting mix of very old and more recent buildings set within three acres of beautiful gardens that slope down to the River Avon. In their words, it's “the ideal location for meeting with friends, colleagues or enjoying the peace and tranquillity.”

Dates

The retreat will take place from Wednesday 13th to Friday 15th May 2020.

Booking

The cost for this year is £200 per person and you can book online by clicking the 'Book now' button. If cost is an issue please get in touch as we may be able to help. Any such enquiry will be dealt with in strict confidence.
